Paul also issued a challenge to Diaz for an MMA match, but Diaz claimed he would only accept it if Paul returned to the octagon and triumphed in a contest. Since 2018, Paul has not competed in MMA.
Over 20,000 supporters attend the fight, which was sold out. It suggests that there was no standing room for the bout because all of the tickets had been sold out. The battle took place at the American Airlines Centre, a sizable stadium with more than 20,000 seats, in Dallas, Texas.
