In 2015, he was arrested for possessing military-grade weapons and sentence to seven years in prison. After serving his sentence, he was release in 2022.

His content was unique—he openly discusse his past cartel ties, his kidnapping, and even ongoing power struggles within the Sinaloa Cartel, particularly the conflicts between “Los Chapitos” and “La Mayiza.”
While many were drawn to his raw honesty, his storytelling also drew dangerous attention from organizes crime groups.
In early 2025, Camilo’s name appeared on flyers distributed in Culiacán, accusing him of being a collaborator of Los Chapitos. These flyers also name other influencers and musicians—several of whom have since been kill.

On August 16, 2025, Camilo Ochoa is shot die inside his home in the Lomas de Cuernavaca neighborhood, Temixco, Morelos.
Witnesses reported that a masked gunman entered the residence just before 5 p.m. and fled in a white Chevrolet after the attack. Camilo was find lifeless in a bathroom, wearing a black shirt and grey pants.
The Morelos Attorney General’s Office has launch an investigation with federal support, but as of now, no arrests.
