When the human mind and body are in good health, they are able to bring happiness to themselves and those around them, but when they are ill, they cause harm to both themselves and others. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate good health in order to bring happiness to oneself and others.
Health cultivation can be divided into two parts, physical and mental health cultivation. Physical health cultivation includes proper diet, exercise, and rest; mental health cultivation includes no worry and attachment, no anger and hatred, and no fear and perplexity.

As we get older, health becomes a major focus in our lives. How often do you worry about the state of your mind and body? Mind-body health, which consists of psychological well-being (emotional balance) and physical wellness (resilience to stress), can be achieved through small steps.
