    • Vehicle RC
    • Passport-size photograph (if required)
  6. Submit and note the service request number.
  7. Wait 2–7 working days for verification.
  8. Receive SMS/email confirmation.

  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to My Profile → KYC Upgrade.
  4. Select your preferred KYC type.

  7. Submit and track your status online.

2. Using the SBI FASTag Mobile App

  1. Download the SBI YONO FASTag or SBI FASTag app from Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
  2. Log in with your registered mobile number.
  3. The balance is shown on the home screen.

3. SMS Alerts

  • Whenever you cross a toll, SBI sends an SMS with your remaining balance to your registered mobile number.
  • If you want an on-demand check, look for the last transaction SMS and note the balance.

4. Missed Call Service

  • Give a missed call to +91-8884333331 from your registered mobile number.
  • You’ll receive an SMS with your current balance.

5. Through NPCI ‘MyFASTag’ App

  • Download the MyFASTag app from NPCI.
  • Enter your FASTag-linked mobile number.
  • Your balance will appear instantly.
